Diabetic American Style Waldorf Salad Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red seedless grapes (cut in half)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 finely chopped sticks of celery
  • 4 apples cut into chunky pieces
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Place the grapes, celery, apples and walnuts into a salad bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  3. Drizzle your dressing over the salad and toss.
