Slow Cooker Baked Stuffed Apples Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium baking apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed dried fruit
  • 2–4 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2–3 tablespoons cold margarine, cut into pieces

Instructions:

  1. Core apples, cutting to, but not through, bottoms; peel 1 inch skin from tops.
  2. Fill apples with combined remaining ingredients and place in slow cooker; cover and cook on high until tender, 1.5 to 2 hours.
