Slow Cooker Brat Sandwiches with Peppers and Onions Brats Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 fresh bratwurst(1.5 pounds)
  • 2–3 bottles (12 ounces each) beer
  • 1 cup each: chopped onion, sliced red and green bell pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6–8 hot dog buns

Instrutions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except salt, pepper, and buns, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve brats in buns with vegetable mixture spooned over.
