Slow Cooker Mesquite Chicken Chili Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed-12 ounces
  • Crushed tomatoes-1 can (28 ounces)
  • Red beans, rinsed, drained -1 can (15 ounces)
  • Tomatillos, husked, coarsely chopped-8 ounces
  • Chopped onion, poblano chili-3⁄4 cup each
  • Chili powder-2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic-2 teaspoons
  • Mesquite smoke flavoring-1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper, as required

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Add Salt and pepper, as required
