Slow Cooker Rhubarb-Strawberry Compote Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound each: quartered strawberries, thickly sliced rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on high until fruit is soft, about 1.5 hours. Cook, uncovered, if thicker consistency is desired, about 30 minutes.
