- one tablespoon of margarine, low-calorie
- twelve hulled strawberries
- one quarter of a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- two ounces of shortcakes quartered
- Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- On skewers alternately thread strawberries and two shortcake quarters.
- Combine margarine and chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stir until chocolate melts.
- Drizzle the chocolate mixture over top of kabobs chill for ten minutes.
